What is RollupFox?
RollupFox is a corporate roll-up reporting platform for franchise brands and agencies managing multiple GoHighLevel subaccounts. It consolidates KPI data across locations into corporate and location-level dashboards.

Does RollupFox replace GoHighLevel?
No. Each location keeps working in its own GoHighLevel subaccount. RollupFox reads that data and adds a corporate reporting layer on top.
Is RollupFox a generic dashboard builder?
No. RollupFox is purpose-built for corporate franchise reporting across GoHighLevel subaccounts.

How RollupFox connects, what it reads, and how often it refreshes.
How does RollupFox connect to GoHighLevel?
You connect your GoHighLevel agency once through OAuth. RollupFox imports the subaccounts underneath it, and you choose which locations to activate.
Is access read-only?
Yes. RollupFox reads location data from GoHighLevel to build reports.
How often does RollupFox sync?
Connected data refreshes every hour.
What data does RollupFox use?
Contacts, tags, opportunities, pipelines, stages, appointments, calendars, and custom fields from each activated subaccount.
What do the sync statuses mean?
Needs Sync means the location is active but hasn't completed a sync yet; Syncing means a sync is running now; Synced means the last sync succeeded and the location's KPIs are mapped; Partial Sync means some data synced but at least one type of record couldn't be read; Mapping Required means the location synced but one or more KPIs still need mapping; Needs Attention means a location needs review before it can report; Auth Issue means GoHighLevel rejected the connection for that subaccount; and Excluded means the location is deactivated and isn't counted.

What is a KPI template?
A KPI template is the standardized scorecard corporate wants every location to report, such as New Leads, Booked Appointments, and Closed-Won.
Do all locations need the same GoHighLevel IDs?
No. Each subaccount has its own internal IDs. RollupFox matches pipelines, stages, calendars, tags, and fields by naming convention and resolves each location's IDs behind the scenes.
What if one location is set up differently?
RollupFox flags that location for review. You create a location override for that location without changing the KPI rule for the rest of the network.
What is mapping health?
Mapping health shows which locations are matched, overridden, missing, or incomplete for each KPI, so you know what's ready for reporting.

How does RollupFox keep totals trustworthy?
Each KPI includes only locations where the mapping is matched or overridden. Every total shows how many locations contributed.
Are missing locations counted as zero?
No. Locations with incomplete mappings are excluded from that KPI and flagged until they're resolved.
