Reading the corporate dashboard

The corporate dashboard is the finished output of setup: one scoreboard across your entire network, rolled up from every active location. Here's how to read it and trust the numbers.

Getting to a populated dashboard

If setup isn't finished, the dashboard is locked and shows how far along you are: "Connect your agency, import locations, and map your KPI template to generate your first roll-up dashboard." Once you're ready, Create corporate dashboard builds your Corporate Overview.

KPI cards

The top of the dashboard shows a card per KPI in your template. With the default Franchise Growth Template that includes New Leads, Booked Appointments, Pipeline Value, Close Rate, and more. KPIs that break down by category — like Opportunities by Stage and Lead Source — appear as small bar charts rather than single numbers.

The dashboard shows current totals for the selected period. It doesn't display period-over-period deltas or trend arrows on the KPI cards — use the date filter to change the window you're looking at.

Filters and controls

  • Date range — This month (default), Last month, Last 30 days, This quarter, This year, All time, or a Custom range.
  • Region — scope every number, leaderboard, and the location table to All regions or one region you've set up.
  • Refresh — re-pull the latest data (the dashboard also auto-refreshes periodically).
  • Share — create a shareable view of the dashboard.

The coverage bar — your trust signal

Above the KPIs, a coverage bar shows how many locations are included (of those imported), how many are synced, how many need attention, and when the last sync ran. It carries the key note:

"Each KPI rolls up only the locations where it is matched or overridden. Locations that need an override are excluded from that KPI's value (not counted as zero) so the numbers stay trustworthy."

Location breakdown and leaderboards

The Location breakdown table lists every active location's numbers for the current period — one row per location, one column per KPI. Top locations and Bottom locations leaderboards rank locations by your first KPI (New Leads by default) so outliers are easy to spot.

If a period has no data yet, you'll see "No KPI data yet for this period" — a sync needs to complete with mapped KPIs before numbers appear.
